Thursday 15th September sees Prime Minister David Cameron and French President Nicolas Sarkozy visit Lybia to a heroes welcome. Friday 16th September sees David Cameron back in his constituency of West Oxfordshire to open a young persons training project, Freeland Village Hall but WitneyTV decided to go along to the opening of Shipton under Wychwood Beaconsfield Hall to have fun and play in their new playpark.
